By using PlanYay, you agree to use the service lawfully and to verify important travel information independently.

Accounts and trip content

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the trip information you add or share. Invitation links should be sent only to people you intend to include in a trip.

Planning assistance

Weather guidance, opening information, prices, travel times, directions and local offers may change. The app is a planning aid and does not guarantee availability, accuracy, safety or suitability.

Bookings, affiliate links and payments

Bookings, navigation and donations are completed through third-party providers. Some clearly labeled links may be referral or affiliate links. Their terms, refund policies and privacy practices apply.

User content

You are responsible for content you add. Reviews must be truthful, relevant and respectful. We may remove reviews that are unlawful, abusive, promotional or unsafe.

Availability

We may improve, change or discontinue features. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PlanYay is not responsible for losses arising from travel decisions, third-party services or information that has changed.
